I bring extensive experience in leadership, business, and community service, having managed TAP Insurance and worked closely with non-profits. I’m deeply invested in improving Hanahan’s infrastructure, transparency, and quality of life, with a forward-thinking approach and practical solutions.
What are your thoughts about residents legally having chickens?
I support responsible ownership of chickens with reasonable regulations to ensure community harmony, proper sanitation, and minimal disturbances for neighbors.
What qualifications should the city look for in a City Administrator?
The ideal candidate should have a blend of municipal experience, leadership skills, financial management expertise, and the ability to foster positive community engagement.
What level of involvement should council have in day-to-day operations?
Council should focus on policymaking and strategic oversight while empowering city staff to handle daily operations, ensuring accountability without micromanaging.

What direction would you take to mitigate the flooding in Hanahan Proper and Turkey Creek?
I will prioritize a comprehensive stormwater management plan, focusing on infrastructure improvements, partnerships with environmental experts, and securing funding to implement sustainable solutions.
Where would you like to see Hanahan in 10 years?
I envision Hanahan as a thriving, safe community with well-maintained infrastructure, vibrant local businesses, and expanded green spaces, maintaining its small-town charm while embracing smart growth.
Do you believe that only American citizens should be employed by local businesses?
Local businesses should comply with employment laws, and I believe in fair employment practices that support community growth while respecting legal standards.
What is your opinion on the 1st and 2nd amendments?
I fully support the 1st Amendment's protections of free speech and peaceful assembly and recognize the 2nd Amendment's role in upholding individual rights to bear arms within reasonable, community-centered regulations.
How will the city assist in mass deportations if Mr. Trump is elected?
The city should focus on local issues and services, maintaining neutrality in national policies and ensuring our resources are dedicated to public safety and community needs.
How will you help with homes with trash, multiple cars in yards, and noise issues?
I will advocate for consistent code enforcement, increased community outreach, and collaboration with residents to address these concerns effectively.
Should someone convicted of more than a minor traffic violation be eligible to serve in public office?
It depends on the severity and nature of the offense. Individuals can demonstrate rehabilitation, but trust and accountability are critical when serving the public.
What makes you think your one vote can bring substantial change on a weak council?
One vote, combined with collaboration, clear goals, and community support, can initiate meaningful change through persistence and partnerships.
Do you have a plan to address road repairs in Hanahan Proper, Otranto, and Eagle Landing?
I will push for a prioritized repair schedule, seek state and federal grants, and engage the community to identify urgent needs.

Absolutely. I believe in fostering a welcoming, inclusive community, encouraging healthy dialogue rather than confrontation.

Do you believe the current Council lacks transparency? How would you improve it?
Transparency can always improve. I’ll advocate for regular public updates, open meetings, and accessible communication channels to build trust.
